Northbound Route 28 Traffic Shift Begins Monday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a long-term trade change on Route 28 in Aspinwall Borough, Allegheny County, will start Monday, Aug 23 continue permitting.

Northbound Route 28 trade will be shifted from a left line to a right line commencement during 6 a.m. Monday morning invariably by mid-September. Northbound Route 28 will sojourn in a singular 11-foot lane. Crews will control petrify alley work, drainage improvements, and pointer structure repairs.
