Birmingham Bridge trade stoppages start tonight

PennDOT District 11 is announcing overnight, short-term trade stoppages on a southbound Birmingham Bridge in a City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will start tonight, Tuesday, Sep 6, continue permitting.

Intermittent, short-term trade stoppages of 15 mins or reduction on a southbound Birmingham Bridge will start nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews from Joseph B. Fay Company will control latex overpass rug chain operations. Approximately 4 stoppages will start any night by Sunday night, Sep 18.
