TRAFFIC: Warhol Bridge closed; Wabash Tunnel sealed until 3 p.m. – Pittsburgh Post

The Wabash Tunnel will be sealed daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. this week while crews work to repair a blown electrical circuit that cut off use to a tunnel’s handling complement final week.
